I had 3 other short videos i was hoping to upload that i had done in my after effects sessions. I thought i had saved all the files together so that when i opened them elsewhere nothing would be missing. Unfortunately there were files missing for the rest so this is the only one i could upload. This was done in the session where i learnt about puppeting and how to animate different parts of  the character. I did this using several anchor points in different places on the skeleton.
